We do not refund for β€œChange of Mind” returns. Please be mindful when selecting your products and choose them carefully.

Defective Items

All products purchased from our website are checked for defects and quality before being shipped. If your item is damaged please contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund or exchange the item.
Sensitivities – We cannot accept returns for a product you used. Please look at the ingredients list on our website before buying a product. If you had an allergic reaction to a product you received from us, please discontinue use immediately. If you have questions about our products, please email or call us.
Chocolate – Please note that when you order, if the weather is hot it can damage the chocolate. We do not ship chocolate in cold packaging. We do not accept returns for melted chocolate.

Incorrect Item

If you have received an item you did not ordered, please take a photo, and contact us within 48 hours of your order arriving.

Conditions of Return, if applicable:

Please note that to return a product we will need to receive it unopened, unused, no seal broken and in the original packaging that was delivered to you. Include a copy of the invoice and an explanation for return with all returned products. Any costs associated with returning a product is the sole responsibility of the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable.
