My Health Food Shop was founded in 2002 by a nutritionist and dietitian. We believe in providing healthier options to our customers and in addressing health holistically.

My Health Food Shop is a family-owned business that offers a range of products including organic and natural pantry staples, natural skin care, natural make up,  fermented food, super foods, gluten free, paleo products, supplements, raw food, aromatherapy essential oils, green household products, specialty dairy products, bone broth, gelatin, Neoflame cooking range and Boody bamboo garments.

We believe in addressing health holistically. If you have any questions about your health or our products, we have an in-house naturopath, herbalist, dietician and nutritionist available for advice.

While it’s true we are known in Sydney for our awesome online health food store and great range, you can also visit our health food store in person, located in Castle Towers, Castle Hill NSW. Our fantastic and knowledgeable team have been proudly serving the natural health needs of the people of the Hills District for going on 20 years.

Our amazing and loyal customers know us for our exceptional, quality range of supplements and knowledgeable staff, and come from both the surrounding suburbs of Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Rouse Hill, Dural, Glenhaven, Kellyville, Norwest, Bella Vista, The Ponds as well as Hornsby, Parramatta, Blacktown, Seven Hills and as far afield as Windsor, Chatswood, Bankstown and the North Shore.
