Australian-made dried sourdough noodles made from ASP-certified sustainable Australian flour. Made by adding sourdough starter to a blend of sustainable durum flour and sustainable stone-ground emmer flour. Noodles ferment for a long time, which improves digestibility and nutrient availability. Sourdough noodles are nutritious and an excellent source of protein and fiber. It is slowly dried for over 16 hours and extruded into a bronze color to hold the pasta sauce firmly. Its taste is buttery, healthy and sweet.
