Australian-made dried sourdough noodles made from ASP-certified sustainable Australian flour. Made from a mixture of sourdough-based durum flour and spelled flour. Noodles ferment for a long time, which improves digestibility and nutrient availability. Sourdough noodles are nutritious and an excellent source of protein and fibre. It is slowly dried for over 16 hours and extruded into a bronze colour to hold the pasta sauce firmly. Its taste can be described as nutty and flavourful.
