Description
Celery has been utilised by the Chinese since the 5th century, and it is commonly employed in Indian Ayurvedic therapies. Celery cultivated in conventional grocery stores does not like celery found at local farmers’ markets. Celery plants may grow up to three feet tall, are brilliant green, and vibrant. Celery has a flavour that is rich, powerful, sweet, and peppery. It takes two years for the plant to fully mature and produce its little, tan to brown fruit.
